hey girlie! love your OOTDs! To answer the questions you asked....I loooove Loreal HIP cream liners! They're my holy grails! Once they set, they do not budge! I have them in every color and am now on my second black one. I definitely recommend them. You won't be disappointed! As for my hair, it does seem like alot of processing towards my hair but my hair is in great condition because I do alot to keep it that way by deep conditioning, hot oil treatments, and vitamins, etc. I was in the same situation you're in now, after I went blonde the first time. I honestly don't know what to recommend you do because bleaching your entire hair as I did can be scary but I do wish you luck! Thanks for following and commenting on my blog!
